The first (organizational) meeting of the Executive Board where the Officers are elected and the meeting schedule of the coming year is set is scheduled to follow the Annual Meeting at the Bayshore Clubhouse.  The time is approximate; it is scheduled to meet immediately after the adjournment of the Annual Meeting.
