Discovery Park is one of fourteen planned communities within the Southport Master Association. Southport communities are situated along the shores of Cook Inlet within the city of Anchorage, Alaska, and offer convenient access to several well-maintained bicycle and pedestrian trails, parks, shops, and schools.

 

Discovery Park consists of a total of 207 homes, including 60 apartment condominiums, 114 duplex condominiums, and 33 single-family condominiums. The Discovery Park Owners Association, Inc. is governed by an Executive Board of six Directors and is professionally managed by Cantrell Real Estate & Property Management. 

 

The community includes the following streets: Discovery View Drive, Discovery Bay Drive, and Discovery Park Drive.
