Window & Gutter Cleaning
Monday, June 24th to Saturday, June 29th at Discovery Park - All Units
All Units in Discovery Park are scheduled to have exterior windows and gutters cleaned between Monday, June 24 and Saturday, June 29.   Please note, inclement weather may delay and/or extend these dates.
It is the responsibility of each Unit owner or resident to remove the screens. (Screens are removed from the inside.). Windows with screens will not be done.  Units with fenced yards must have their gates open.  If the gate is closed that windows affected will not be done and it will become the responsibility of the owner/resident to clean those windows.
Apartment Condominium Units (ACU) should note that workers will not be coming onto the private decks.  It is the responsibility of the owner/resident to clean the deck window.

The Discovery Park Owners Association Annual Meeting elects Directors, ratifies budgets, and conducts other business that may properly come before the Owners.  Each UNIT is allowed one vote.  Units held by more than one Owner are still allowed only one vote and must designate the Owner casting that vote.  An Annual Meeting Packet will be mailed out ahead of time both by email and USPS.  Along with the Agenda and budgets, the Packet will include instructions on how to attend via ZOOM, as well as a PROXY form to allow someone to vote in your behalf.  
The start time is usually about 6pm.
