A Special Business Meeting of the Executive Board (aka. Board of Directors) has been called for Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 5:30 PM at Cantrell offices, 205 E. Benson Blvd., Anchorage, AK.  The sole purpose of the meeting will be to discuss an RFP (Request For Proposal) for Summer and Winter Grounds care.  RFPs are invitations sent out to contractors to present a proposal for a given service.  This special meeting will be for the Board to work on the final specifications and language for such a proposal.  Under the Bylaws no other business may be conducted at a Special Meeting other than the business for which the meeting was called.
