| Description: |
This is schedule to start on or about the 17th and conclude on or about the 24th. Windows on all Uints will be cleaned. Gutters on Units backed by line of trees will also be cleaned.
OWNER PREP REQUIRED:
- All screens must have been removed. Windows with screens still attached will not be cleaned.
- Fenced in back yards must be accessible via an open gate. No pets may be contained in the backyard while work is progressing. Fenced yards with closed gates will not be done and will become the Owner's responsibility.
- Exterior windows on ACU (Bldgs 11324 & 11351) Units will be done. This will NOT include the deck window as this is accessible to the Owner/Resident and is their responsibility to clean.
