The Executive Board's regular September meeting for will be held on Sept. 21, 2021 at the Cantrell offices, 205 E Benson Blvd, Anchorage.  Remote participation will also provided through ZOOM.  (Contact Manager Laura Cantrell [Laura@CantrellREPM.com] for more information on ZOOM participation.)  The meeting will start at 5:30pm.  Discussion on and adoption of the BUDGETS will take place at this meeting. 

ALSO, discussion of possible changes to the RULES in order to establish parameters for the installation and use of air conditioners in ALL Units, rewording of the ACU Rule regarding flooring for the purpose of providing greater clarity, as well as rewording of the Rule regarding Single Family Condominium Unit Fences and Landscaping to provide clarity on what can and cannot be included within fenced areas, will take place at this meeting.  Those unable to attend but wishing to share their input on these possible Rule changes may contact the Board members by using the Association website's "Contact Us" page.   Click on the link below to view the Board Packet.
