WINDOW CLEANING – Monday, June 20 through Saturday, June 25

What you can do to make it work:

·       Close windows

·       Remove screens (from the inside).  Windows open or with screens still on will not be cleaned.  The owner/resident will need to make their own arrangements for cleaning at a later time.

·       FENCED YARD? – leave the gate open; cleaners will not open a closed gate.

·       APARTMENT UNITS – Cleaners will not be entering the deck areas; deck windows and doors are the responsibility of each owner/resident to clean.

·       MISSED or NOT HAPPY with the job done?  If your windows were missed or unsatisfactory, it must be reported within one week – it’s impossible to verify beyond that time.  Cleaners will not return if complaints come in weeks or month after the job is completed.

Please note that this is the once-a-year cleaning provided by the Association.  If you are not ready for or miss it you will need to arrange and pay for your own cleaning.
