The Annual Meeting of the Discovery Park Owners Association will be held at 6pm on October 26, 2022 at the Bayshore Clubhouse, 3131 Amber Bay Loop, Anchorage 99515.  Each Unit is allowed one vote.  If the Unit Owner(s) are unable to attend they may designate a proxy to vote for them.  The proxy form is included in the Annual Meeting Packet and must be sent into management per the instructions provided in the packet.  At the Annual Meeting the budget(s) adopted by the Executive Board and appearing in the Packet will be ratified by the Owners.  Ratification occurs unless a majority of Units vote not to ratify.  This is the majority of registered Units, not Units present and voting, per Article 19:4 of the Declaration.
