There will be a SPECIAL MEETING of the DPOA Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 5:30pm at the home of Vice President Tom McKay, 11435 Discovery View Drive.  The stated purpose for the meeting is to review all materials regarding the possible changes to the By-Laws and to arrive ona consensus of what will be proposed to the Owners for review and comment.   All Directors are asked to review the materials previously received prior to the meeting and come ready to make decisions.  To view a side-by-side copy of the current By-Laws and possible changes, click on the link below.
