Monthly DPOA dues are due on the 1st of each month.

The DPOA Executive Board regular meeting schedule will be the third Tuesday of every other month: November, January, March, May, July, September.  Meetings will normally be held at the Cantrell Real Estate offices, 205 E. Benson Blvd. (Northern Trust).

CANTRELL offices will close at Noon on Wednesday, Nov. 27 for the traditional Thanksgiving Weekend and remain closed until Monday, Dec. 2nd.  Those making payments in person should do so before Noon on Wednesday to avoid late fees.

Accounts must have balance** paid by the LAST DAY of the month to avoid a $25 Late Fee.  **This includes fees, back charges (extra trash, penalties, etc.) and other charges.
