Monthly DPOA dues are due on the 1st of each month.

The meeting will be held at the offices of our management team, Cantrell Real Estate & Property Management, 205 E Benson Blvd Ste 118, Anchorage AK  99503.   A tentative agenda will be posted to the website approximately one week before the meeting.  This is considered a regular meeting of the Board and no further announcement will be given.

Accounts must have balance** paid by the LAST DAY of the month to avoid a $25 Late Fee.  **This includes fees, back charges (extra trash, penalties, etc.) and other charges.

The sprinkler systems and building alarms will be tested.  This may cause distress to pets with sensitive hearing.  Sprinkler heads will also be checked, both in common areas and in each apartment.  For this reason, Owners will need to make provision for access to their Unit, in person, via friend or neighbor, or by making a key accessible to the manager of Board member.
