The DPOA Executive Board regular meeting schedule will be the third Tuesday of every other month: November, January, March, May, July, September.  This March meeting will be held at 5:30pm at the Cantrell Real Estate offices, 205 E. Benson Blvd. (Northern Trust).  Among the items on the Agenda will be the appointment to fill a vacancy on the Board (Seat C-2022) until the October Annual Meeting when the membership will elect a person to fill the remainder of the position.   Applications have been received from Mark Fesmire (Unit 40A) and Susan Sullivan (Unit 203B).

The Annual Fire Inspection for both ACU (apartment) buildings (11324 & 11351 DVD) is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020.   This is a MANDATORY annual inspection of all Units to ensure the proper function of the fire safety system and the safety of the building(s) and all residents.   Fines and/or fees for a special late inspection can be levied for all Units inaccessible on the day of inspection.   It is imperative that any Owners not present make access available via a neighbor, friend , relative or other representative and pass their contact information on to Manager Laura Cantrell by at least one week prior to the inspection (March 17).   More information and reminders will be forth coming.
