Cut up cardboard. Keep all recyclables inside the container. There are extra fees for extra bags or items out of the containers. These fees come out of the monthly home owners dues.

Avoid extra fees, keep all trash in containers. The fee for each bag or trash outside of the container is $3.05 This fee also applies to containers which are overflowing to the point where the lid cannot close. These fees come out of the monthly home owners' monthly dues. Thursday pick-ups are for both SFU and ACU Units.

The Regular Board Meetings are set for the third Tuesday of every other month, beginning with January. Meetings begin at 5:30pm and may be joined in person or via Zoom. For Zoom instructions contact the Manager by email (Laura@CantrellREPM.com) a few days before the meeting. Digital meeting packets are generally available a week to a few days before the meeting.
