There is Special Meeting of the Executive Board scheduled for Thursday April 2nd, 2020 at 5:30pm to review proposals from the Grounds Maintenance Contractors that will be submitting their proposals on March 27th. Notification for this meeting was sent out last week.  In an attempt to continue with Association business and provide for participation by Owners, the following changes have been made:

 

The location of the meeting is being changed from Cantrell REPM Conf. Room to the Conf. Room at Nvision Architecture, Inc. because it is a larger room for people to be able to spread out with 6’ separation.
