Representatives from the Kelly company and Board members will be walking through the community surveying lawn, tree and landscape damage at our units.

The April Board meeting extension scheduled for April 24th had to be postponed due to the severe wind storm.  It has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, May 2nd at 6:30 PM at the home of Vice President Tom McKay, 11435 Discovery View Drive.

Avoid extra fees, keep all trash in containers.  The fee for each bag or trash outside of the container is $3.05   This fee also applies to containers which are overflowing to the point where the lid cannot close.  These fees come out of the monthly home owners' monthly dues.

Cut up cardboard.  Keep all recyclables inside the container.  There are extra fees for extra bags or items out of the containers.  These fees come out of the monthly home owners dues.

For approx. 4 weeks between May 8 & June 6 the windows and siding of all units in the community will be washed.  NOTE:  Window screens must be removed prior to washing.  Windows with screening still on WILL NOT BE WASHED.  During this washing they will also be inspecting gutters for damage.
