Representatives of Management, Kelly Landscaping, and the Board of Directors will be doing a Walk Through on Monday, May 20th starting at 6:30pm beginning at 11351 Discovery View Drive and moving throughout the entire community.  This is an official inspection which will take a look at landscaping, fencing, general maintenance and Rules enforcement issues.  This is a good time for Owners to review their own Unit areas for (1) issues they might like to bring to the Board's attention, and (2) areas where they may not be in compliance and would like to bring in compliance before the Board inspection and possible fines (holiday decorations still up?).   Issues you would like the Board to look at should be sent to the Manager (Lara Cantrell, Laura@CantrellREPM.com) and Secretary (Everett Reed, everettfreed@gmail.com).  The inspection will take members into backyards and all "common" areas, including both general and designated common areas.

The meeting will be held at the offices of our management team, Cantrell Real Estate & Property Management, 205 E Benson Blvd Ste 118, Anchorage AK  99503.   A tentative agenda will be posted to the website approximately one week before the meeting.  This is considered a regular meeting of the Board and no further announcement will be given.
