Exterior windows and gutters will be cleaned from July 5-11.  Window cleaning will begin on the 5th with the Apartment Complex buildings (11324 & 11351 Discovery View Dr) and continue to the duplex and single units.

 

APARTMENTS:  Make certain screens are OFF the windows.  Windows with screens still on will not be cleaned. (Screens are removed from the inside.)  Workers will NOT be coming onto apartment decks to clean the deck door or windows.  These are the responsibility of the owner/resident.

 

SINGLE & DUPLEX UNITS:  Make certain screens are OFF the windows.  Windows with screens still on will not be cleaned.  (Screens are removed from the inside.) Note: while the Apartment Complexes will be started on the 5th, multiple crews will mean that work on single and duplex units may also start on the 5th.

FENCED YARDS:  If you wish windows within the fenced area to be cleaned the fence gate must be kept fully open.  Workers will not enter fenced areas that have the gate closed and those windows will not be cleaned.

The Regular Board Meetings are set for the third Tuesday of every other month, beginning with January.  Meetings begin at 5:30pm and may be joined in person or via Zoom.  For Zoom instructions contact the Manager by email (Laura@CantrellREPM.com) a few days before the meeting.  Digital meeting packets are generally available a week to a few days before the meeting.  When available, they will be posted on the website.
