All entrance key locks to the building will be changed.  Once changed new keys will need to be used.  Old keys may be thrown away.

A Special Meeting of the Executive Board has been called for 5:30pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 for the purpose of

1.    Discussion and possible action on security improvements to the ACU buildings, and

2.    Discussion and possible action on the Association’s insurance policy.

 

Wednesday, August 19, – ELEVATORS WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM in both building due to routine annual maintenance.  Ample notice is being given so those needing the elevators may make the necessary plans to work around this time period.

Thursday, August 20 – 1:00 PM:   Due to a security breach in building 11324 caused by a stolen garage remote, garage door codes will be changed at 1:00 PM requiring the changing of the codes in all garage remote controls for building 11324.   Persons will be available in the garage from 2:00 to 3:00 PM to help with the remote code changeover.  Also, someone will be available in the LOBBY from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on August 20th to assist with garage remote changeovers.  After that users will need to set up an appointment or receive email instructions on how to do it themselves.   Remember, LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS when before leaving it in the garage (or anywhere else).  There is only one reason to steal a garage door opener and that is to gain illegal access at another time.  Users are responsible for their garage remotes.  The cost of these changeovers are billed to the appropriate Owner.
